I think it depends how it plays outs. If we do get relegated, but we played like we did in our first season back to the prem, I think he'll have earned the goodwill. Also, if we go down by a few points due to PSR penalty, then he would have earned the right. However, If we have heavy losses game after game and against teams around us, then it'll be a different story. Trust is earned and not a given, so I think we'll have to wait before we can find actually say that. But I do agree, we need a lot of points to survive. It's a massive task

Scouting has to be on point. Glover needs to work with Cooper on what he wants, and Cooper has to take seriously the players glover offers. Hopefully they can work in together to give us a fighting chance and improve the squad, or fill the gaps, as much as possible on a balanced budget. The thing I do like is that Cooper believes in youth, that is something I think will definitely carry over from Enzo. We have proven there is a pathway to the 1st team, so we need to attract and scout talented youngsters. Hopefully this is where Cooper can help and shine.

That's the thing, only time will tell. We can speculate either way, but we won't know until this time next year. No one predicted what happened after Ranieri was appointed. We have so much stacked against us, so we are already on the back foot. I've had my reservations about him coming and wasn't keen, but I'm so hoping this a good appointment for us, I really do.
