Newcastle is so much better for the Magic Weekend for the ground location etc. Its bang in the city and you can leave/enter the stadium as you like. There isn't all that much about close to Elland Road, plus its nice to get out and feel like its a proper event away from the heartlands if that makes sense. Similar to the challenge cup final in London. Even when they played Leeds Rhinos matches at Elland Road it just wasn't that great, apart from the bigger stadium.

Be sure to document this with enough people through emails, meeting minutes if that's a doen thing where you work. If it's not fully rolled out you can have that in the project and be sure to mention it that way. Then at the very least, at the end of the project make sure you have a meeting/debrief regarding the improvement you have made. Be sure to include as much information when you do, so the have less to try claim for themselves if that was to happen. Hopefully the place you word if good enough to acknowledge the work you have done!

Not sure if its the same now, but they used to have to be at the ground four hours before kick off. Probably need to be at the ground around 10ish for a 3 kick off to try catch them. I haven't tried for any since covid so this could of changed.

I'm the same in regards to rating him as he's not my favourite! If he makes a mistake out wide, its easier to knock it out for a throw, or be covered by a center back. Can do the progressing/passing similar to Doyle, but with a little more pace to help cover like Justin. Somewhere in the middle of them both and generally stays injury free too.

Didn't they try to buy into Chelsea first, then came to Leicester? Sure I read that somewhere..

I think I prefer him playing the full back role, rather than a center back in this system.
