Ayew should not be starting either like I just said in my edit... you play BDCR in a 10 and have Winks and James in the middle its not hard. Hamza can cover Ricardo at RB.

Skipp is more of an issue than Ayew mate, we have been utter dross playing that formation under the last two managers, no need for that position esp in the championship and your options are Skipp and Soumare. Obviously Ayew should not be starting either, great for seeing a game out but not a starter/
