Other than Ward obviously, our recent record of recruiting/producing keepers is decent. It's obvious we can make a bit of money there and use it to strengthen elsewhere. Well, obvious if you're competent at running a football club that is, which isn't a given!

The line about Daka was always that his return against his minutes was good. This season it's 1 goal contribution per 639 minutes. 38 year old Vardy is 1 per 242 minutes. He's going backwards.

I agree with all of this. We don't necessarily need a revolution. We need to shift the twats like Coady, Faes, Vestegaard, Winks that think they're too good for the championship (they've all proven that they aren't), promote what we already have and then make some sensible additions in the right areas. If we had a competent DoF and ownership structure it wouldn't be an impossible task.

If it's a choice between keeping him or Bilal, I know who I'd prefer. We have a ready made Championship goalkeeper already at the club, we don't have another 10 that would return the numbers BEK would. Also the thought of a three behind the striker of Fatawu, Bilal and Mavididi/Monga actually excites me.
