Finally sorted, what a trial that was!!! Only took me more than a half a day or ringing. Good news was by the time we got through somebody else must have relocated so managed to get better seats than expected!

I got through after 45 minutes. My dad emailed on Wednesday to give permission to talk on his behalf. They said they can’t locate the email (even though I can see it sent) so I said I would bring him into the call. When I went back to merge the line they had hung up. And now I can’t get back in the queue. Absolutely horrendous

Not if you need to relocate existing seats so you can sit next to a new applicant!
