When people say they can ‘never get away tickets’, what they often mean is they can’t pick and choose the big or local games they want to go to. agree the points system needs changing (ST points should be on a rolling 4/5 year basis) but there are far more tickets available than is suggested if you’re prepared to do the hard yards

I know of someone who doesn’t get to many games, travelled to the fanstore for a ticket for a game the following day which was not sold out. They were turned away unless they knew a season ticket holder or bought a membership. You’ve got someone, with ID, stood in the stadium trying to buy a ticket and they are saying no. I can’t think of another business in the world that would react like that. The club would rather have the seats empty which is completely counter to everything Enzo is trying to achieve with the fans
