A good time to step aside I think. The onfield stuff has improved dramatically during his tenure, with a great mix of academy talent, great overseas picks, and useful other recruitments. We’re arguably as good as we’ve been in the 21st century and a lot of that is due to the structures that Jarvis has put in place. Off-field, the financial situation is not great but fears will be allayed with the 100 money. The next CEO has to get us on a sustainable footing. The ground plans are very grand but ultimately we all just want our club at Grace Road.
