Our squad look like “I’m lost without Enzo” mentality at the moment for some reason. They have to be told what to do and we may need someone with a clear plan. So we get either: 1. A boss with that clear plan which will take time. 2. we get someone who delivers a short term, shell shock, old school tear-up approach that may get us over the line but won’t last. OR 3. Change the style, better on the eye and we may get relegated. I think Potter fits 1, Mourinho definitely 2. and Moyes could be both 1 and 2. It’s taken me a dozen games to realise it but when I watch us there is simply no game plan at all. We’ve started all but three games this season with no urgency, ending up on the back foot and being a goal down after 30 mins, sometimes two goals down. We’re the side with zero press and zero threat leaving Vardy isolated continually. We’re defensive minded, yet we can’t actually defend at this level. We make the latest substitutions in the league, often when the game has already gone. Who’s the manager? oh it’s Cooper….
