I fear not. Indeed, I fear we will drop to the playoffs and fail there -

Yes. And I would bet on us winning there
-
I don't think it's overdramatic. I think it is quite likely

Amazingly, and in the interests of balance Poorson has booked 3 Leeds players to one of ours
-
Even John moss realised he had screwed up against west ham and gave us the softish penalty which Ulloa converted. Pawson is a whole different degree of awful
-
They will score in the 43rd .minute of extra time
-
Interesting, and not surprising actually

There were some comments pre match on the championship thread asking why we should worry what Leeds or Saints are doing. Now you know.....
-
Because poor results for Leeds and Saints give us a cushion if we screw up
-
How much longer?

I saw them beat us 4-0 at Hillsborough. It was MON's last bmatch and Wednesday were already relegated
-
Because we were still hoping for a last minute sale
-
Right..the morning after. Here's an analysis which might fit the facts without ascribing too much incompetence to Ruskin and Co. (Yeah, hard I know...). The deal fell entirely on FPF. Milan had no interest in being uncooperative. It is unlikely that the club would have forgotten about work permits etc Sensi, and certainly his agent, wanted the deal, but would have known about our financials, at least in general terms. Enzo meanwhile has said repeatedly that we cannot buy without selling. So we hoped there was a chance of a last minute sale. It was a reasonable gamble. Got Sensi over just in case on the last day with him understanding that we could not commit. The sale fell though at the last minute which meant our deal was off. The sale fell through because the players we want to offload are on too high a wage for buying clubs to stomach and the players would rather take a huge wage and not play than play for a smaller wage
