Completely agree with this. This is the next stage of the payday loan scenario unless the buyers plan to buy the whole club. Banks won’t lend us the money, Top doesn’t want to reach into his own pockets to resolve the situation, he’s been removed from the top job in KP so he can’t sanction them giving us the money, they probably don’t have the money, so he’s selling off our 2 main assets as the only way to keep the club afloat for the next year or so. What happens when we’ve burnt through that money as we aren’t back in the Premier League? If we get back to the Premier League, how much does it cost us further down the line to buy these assets back? As far as club value, how much is a debt ridden club in league 1 worth that doesn’t own its stadium or training ground? Spoiler, that last one is **** all.
