Just saw they’re calling Starmer farmer harmer and made me think has a PM had better slander names than Keir so far?

Really too early to tell, it’s the flavour of the month of the back of a few high profile defections, similar to threads at the time. But I do stand behind the idea, the concept isn’t strong enough to rival X like that. I think best case scenario it’s a nice little haven for the target demographic.
-
I don’t disagree with that, but to be able to displace X’s influence with what is essentially a copy cat isn’t going to work, it’s appealing to a shallow pool of the userbase I don’t necessarily disagree with that either, it just needs to be a different proof of concept to actual have a decent portion of the database make the switch.

If we’re honest I think that’s more wishful thinking on your part. The problem with these gimmicks is the idea is Twitter still a great platform but they want more regulation on the people that post akin to the pre Musk Twitter, that overall as a concept just doesn’t work long term really.

Been in aus for 2 years and coming back for crimbo so quite excited

Looked like a Threads V2 imagine it’ll be dead in about a month

Fair I ****ed up there

Abortion won’t happen in this country largely because there’s not much to contest it either side. Yanks have had it from both sides where the far left want insane limits where you can abort it almost a month before conception then you’ve got the fundamentalist right, we don’t really have than dynamic here

Gaetz seems a bit dodgy but he’s the only one who hasn’t had direct funding by Israel

I think Rubio in particular is a big surprise

She’s great, she should’ve been Secretary of State though
-
Nah I’m not basing that on Twitter, he didn’t really buy that to turn a profit

Shows how far the game has gone when the Maradona regen is a referee

With Trump looking to enact term limits on senators made me think if term limits could work for us. Don’t think it would work as an elected MP but I like the idea of it for cabinet positions. People like Ed miliband, Jeremy Hunt that ilk that should’ve been gutted from our political consciousness ages ago, would be nice to bring something like that in.

YET ANOTHER INTERNATIONAL BREAK

It’s almost like it’s the same every season -
I think he’ll make it more efficient, my worry is trumps appointed a few too many neocons for my liking
-
It’s probably that certain Arsenal player
-
I’m not saying that in the general mood of the fanbase, I’m saying not many would not swap their last decade with us, that’s not necessarily excusing the missed opportunity but we’re basically back to where we’ve been historically and after a rollercoaster run it’s quite the come down
-
I hated rodgers towards the end but anyone who doesn’t just look at the fa cup win and give him a slight pass is a bit odd imo, I think a lot of this rhetoric is misdirected on the managers rather than the management of the actual club

" Hes one for the future " what happened to them !

Surprise dodoo hasn’t got a mention -
The thing is, Potter hasn’t had an instant impact anywhere from what I see. I just don’t see him keeping us up, his first two years at Brighton he massively benefitted from the solid defensive core Hughton brought to the club, our defence is probably the weakest area we have on the pitch.Moyes or someone of that ilk is the only one I can get behind to solidify the club again and lay decent foundations for what will be our future in the league
-
Football has turned for the worst, but we’ve probably been the most spoilt fanbase of the last decade really, feel like now everything is become normal again and it’s a bitter pill to swallow.

Why are we such happy clappers?
The Horse's Mouth replied to Walshy5's topic in Leicester City Forum
Idk why you’d latch onto negativity when football is meant to be an escape tbf. Everton have a sense of entitlement based on their history and have had torrid years so I get it a bit -
It’s a crazy double standard as in the amount of bile Klopp will have spouted about referees over his time here just to get a fine of his pocket money. If the coote in the video basically was like yeah I let that go deliberately **** the German **** then that’s a different story.
