Carsley journey so far reminds me of NP before he joined us. If I remember rightly he had a number of caretaker jobs and worked with the England under 21 team before he kept Southampton up then we were lucky enough to be his first real long term job. I'm up for Carsley joining, we don't have much money, we are going to have to focus on developing young players, he does this, He plays a exciting brand of football it seems, something we all want. If he can get us defending well then we might have struck gold again.
