I wouldn't say no, he's got a lot more experience in running a club than silly boy Top. Anders Holch Povlsen is another billionaire who might be keen, he is the largest individual private landowner in the UK and owner of FC Midtjylland. He showed interest in Sheffield Wednesday also.
