Shouldn’t be getting criticised really. He’s our only real threat at the moment. No decent striker to link up with, no-one overlapping, not many options in the box for an early cross, only option is backwards (as always) or to try to beat his defender. Our reliance on wingers to pull some magic out of nowhere is quite concerning.

Would be good to see Ricardo’s attacking side utilised more, all he seems to do aside from defending is exchange 4 yard passes with Winks at the halfway line. He’s so dangerous at this level in attack, his current role feels a bit of a waste sometimes.

West Brom will fancy a win and hopefully this will give us more space in attack. It’s whether we actually just go for it, or if we’ll get in good positions and pass it all the way back to the keeper every time.

We were quite interesting to watch earlier in the season, but now we’re mostly boring to watch and have lost any ruthlessness we had. Watching us is quite good for the power naps though, managed to get 10-15 minutes and I don’t think I missed anything.

Very comfortable win. I did not think it was so hard to score in this league though, we’re making it much harder than needed but win is a win.
