I was at the old firm game on Saturday and they have a bit of a situation similar to us. Fans divided over the board. Everyone wants the manager gone and the recruitment just hasn't been good enough. The fans really were furious. Chants against the board and protests afterwards were quite vicious. Some fans even supporting the board but were outnumbered. Interestingly they had banned the green army from the game....a section of supporters who drum and make noise etc. Today the manager has been sacked and it's no surprise. When the second goal went in there were police officers who came and stood in the dugout. My view is protests and anger do work but we are nowhere near on the same level in terms of passion and anger.....certainly not vocally.

Luke Thomas and Mavididi to be on team sheet on Monday I reckon.

Can you imagine this happening when we had leaders like Huth and Morgan in the building? Even Vardy would have had something to say.

I guess I didn't realise the extent to which the club can't get anything done unless Top is driving it.....yet he is ****ing about with horses etc instead of focusing on the issues at the club.

So I've been given some info today from a very well placed source. I can't reveal absolutely everything I was told as it will be obvious who has spoken to me. The key bits are not really surprising. Rudkins move is actually a promotion. He takes up whelans responsibilities alongside his existing ones. Top makes every decision and is very hands on. However.....he doesn't move quickly enough. At the moment polo/horses are taking priority and the issues around Leicester are in the back seat for now. The club's staff are more than aware of the many issues but are powerless. Top really isn't around. It's the main reason we haven't managed to hire a technical director. Things move far too slowly. As a club the systems/processes are light years behind where they need to be. The club are expecting and planning for a 6 point deduction. They think that even with this they can make play offs.
