I think your definition is in correct. But it's the beginning of the process. I agree it won't be done until Soumare et al are gone. But this is the beginning. JJ is not good and was directly responsible for an awful lot of bad things to happen to us last season. I'm not saying he doesn't care. I'm sure he's a very nice guy. But I want my club fixed and making money from dead wood is a step in the right direction.

The swamp is actually being drained!! Short term pain of no signings and perhaps no promotion....but hopefully a long term gain of resetting the club.

We need investment. Which we aren't getting. The team has needed good investment for years. Tactically we are at our limit because of the players we have.

They didn't really cut us open. It was just the relentless corners. We aren't winning this league. I think our best hopes are play offs.

Mads was shit for us by after his injury. And he's continued that at his new club. I don't wish bad on him but **** me he's having a mare at the new job.

He wasn't even asked about transfers.....which means the club have told the press not to ask about it or risk their wrath (which is access). Now its a case of why the club would do that....would it be because we are lining up a load of exciting signings or.................................

They are currently hiring for a new commercial director. In the job advert they are boasting about having a squad worth in excess of £200m and an ambitious set of plans and ownership. Obviously they have to make the job sound attractive but it didn't give me the vibe they are going anywhere soon.

Maybe we are the problem? Our goal/aim as a collective set of fans is to get back the top flight asap. The board/TopKin might have decided to spend a few years at a lower level and going again? Stripping the be assets down, resetting and when our crop of youngsters get a little older ..we invest and go again for promotion? If they communicated we would of course understand this and be able to get our head around things accordingly. But it's just a thought I have had today given the talk around BEK and Abdul leaving. If they both go we clearly are not even attempting to get promoted!

It's not on him. He's dealing with what he's inherited and at least he's showing some passion about the city/club. We've seriously lost our physical edge as a squad. Signings like Dennis Praet, Perez, Mendy, Winks etc etc ...have weakened us so much. Would love some spikey characters like Joelinton or just nasty bastards like Rudiger. Losing vardy this year adds to this.
