Shit today
-
Doesn't offer a lot but I actually thought he had energy and was trying to get things moving. He had Bilal and Ayew in front of him giving the ball away instantly.....he should have been gutted to come off.
-
Dreadful. Like so ****ing bad.
-
Meanwhile supporters tickets get jacked up and the experience from the club gets worse. **** him. He deserves worse. Where's the bloke who started on Ian Walker there's days ?
-
Question for those in stadium .....were all replays (including VAR checks) not shown? Or did I just miss it when I was losing my shit?
-
I was right behind the ball for the third. It was going wide and his ****ing elbow put it on target and it went in. Absolute mouth breather.

If people want to boo JJ and ward they can do it. They pay hard earned cash to watch Sunday league level football. It's time some of these players felt the heat? It's so clear that the players are comfortable. The amount of times they were on their back foot and not jumping on a loose ball. They truly don't give a ****. That was ****ing gash today. Also if you're going to be truly objective.....Ayew and Mavididi were utter dog shit too. Bilal was also crap. Second half was backwards tippy tappy shit. Absolutely no forward play and very little identity. We've had it.
-
Who got absolutely pumped today and most fans headed out with 10 mins to go. They rarely sell out and some of the prices today were £85. It's mad.
-
Morgan Gibbs White had a similar charge as Cunha has been given. He wasn't banned until around 3-4 weeks later. There's a good chance he's available for the weekend.
-
Doesn't Levy's catering firm also do our catering in stadium? Can't remember for certain but I'm sure there was a connection.

I agree. When I was watching Wout and JJ each week churning out 3/10 performances it was really alarming. Equally we have seen positive moments from Benny and Bilal but neither is consistent enough or able to dominate their position....they're young and developing of course. Two of our big threats from last season were from wingers ... I've not been impressed with either of those barring a couple of moments. Then to round it off our signings have been utter dross. Signing BDCR and Ayew is really questionable. -

Yep you're right unfortunately. But just where my head is at.....the recruitment and management of the squad incomings/outgoings is going to be my blame area now. It's not on RVN if we lose the next 5 games. He's got a system. A vision. He's respected and you want find many a better playing pedigree than him.....it's not his fault that we still have Danny Ward and Hamza in the ranks. I seriously worry that he's been told there is money in January to later discover there isn't.....its happened to Enzo and Rodgers. -

I think it was both. My feeling is if we can't sort it under Ruud you have then had so many managers with different styles etc and Ruud seems to have the respect of the players. The manager excuse has run its course. -

At that point....if we get there (4 defeats on the spin) - it's not on yet another manager. It's on the players- whether it's under performance or recruitment or squad balance etc etc is a different story. But we will be at a point where we can't just keep blaming the manager. We have had a number of people coaching the team since Covid and we have been on a slide broadly. There is a deeper issue. -

Ward Mav JJ Skipp Hamza You can't have that many passengers in an away game in the Premier League. The fact that we are approaching 2025 and still relying on Soumare, Ward and Coady tells you all you need to know about the way this club has been run. -
Straight through the useless ***** legs

Justin is really having a bad afternoon so far.

I'm getting messages off mates about how lucky we were today. Maybe I've got massively blue tinted specs but I thought we were good value. Of course we are going to give chances up. We are newly promoted and were playing a team chasing Europe! They didn't wipe the floor with us. I didn't see them cut through time and time again. We had a structure and we had energy. I thought the second half was really strong and we pressed and attacked with intent. Like I say...maybe I'm too biased?!

Given us structure and shape. An attacking identity too. Love that the players aren't afraid to go direct either. The key bit for me is everyone looks a yard quicker. There was a moment in the first half where Kasey looked quicker than usual in a sprint. The players are clearly onside with his ideas. Long may it continue. -
I think in the second half we have been better. And we have definitely threatened them. We can agree to disagree but this is so much better than what we have watched earlier in the season.
-
This co commentary bitch needs to **** off. She's acting like we have been absolutely battered!!!
-
I don't get what's happened there with the ref? The defender blocks a shot with his meat and two veg and he stops play? Then blows for HT? I thought they only stop for head injuries?
-
Some of the ITKs on here.....miles off

Surely he wants to bring in a new backroom team? I find it strange he is slotting into an existing structure.
