Came back after the club had made shambolic decisions, turned it around again, lost out in play offs in just about the worst way. Picked the players back up off the floor and won the league at a canter. Took us through a Premier league campaign with probably the greatest survival story and run in Premier league history putting all the work in to win the Premier league a season later. But he was mean to a couple of fans that were absolute twats once or twice...
