Some very delusional opinions in this thread. Sad for the lad after being here for so long, but the club who know him inside out, don’t believe he is currently good enough. He didn’t exactly pull up many trees during his loan spell north of the border.

I hate tournaments for this reason. Pointless exercise when you get much higher level teams entering well below their level. We lost our first match in a tournament recently, and they were much better standard than we were used to playing against (non local team) and I asked a lad what level they played at? He said he didn’t know? The final was a division 3 team and a division 5 team (12 divisions), in a low level tournament

To be promoted, keep any of the younger decent players.
