That said we have a mix of home grown talent, rekindled careers and young guns that is that perfect storm for the situation we have has a squad and coaches self constructed and developed. Coventry was nowhere near the end of blowing itself out.. ALL our competitors have also had their bad days, feeling the same as how we fans this week are feeling.. We has a deep squad who have more of a balanced and spread group, with individuals wanting to know and prove how far their skills and mental qualities still questioning themselves their potential will take them.. AND yesterday hurt enough and goes deep, the right sort of vibrations we need.. Also Enzo is on the proof skewer, having to learn, progress & develope across the challenges.. So far his 25+ games experience and tenure has shown no signs of suddenly falling to pieces and imploding. HE has learnt our trust and support, plus fans ( varying) opinions on subs, doesn't mean they know any better. But accept he too has to learn.. not necessarily going with their own suggestions.

Thank God then that Enzo ain't a fan, Mcateer has got goals in him, he still needs gametime after his injury.. AND don't forget still a young kid airing his skills.. building experience.. I want to know before next season, if he can expand and progress. Ipswich will be a good challenge to show both his attacking & defensive prowess. He's done excellent so far, but needs to kick on, because it's a hard path & tour to reach one's PL recognition and potential...

AND win, love Albrighton, but this is now Mcateer time.. Albrighton can play super sub. We need to test the Mcateer, Cannon, Mavadidi range, all have proven their qualities, so no need to doubt their prowess... Young Guns, barrels loaded.. Wwih the wiley fox waiting to support.

If fans don't get their jelly thoughts contained, the next months wont be anything to trifle about and a Blamage, would see us fluff the run in, with no cream to taste. Let's not try and soften the blow, by using some innocent bias argument. Both players got it so wrong. At the time both initial calls were 100% correct.. Consequence of the first, at the spli descision time right, but only after scrutiny with various camera angles, also Red.. AND if because of some shady bias, some fans don't think so, then players will always have an out. Me..!! Both these tackles have to stop, even when in the split 2nd they were not meant..

Why we are having a go at the ref, I don't know. Every single commentator/pundit with TV angles called the major incidents wrong immediately, and took a few, time or well after to eventually agree.. Others were just bias... The ref got both the issues for me Right At the time and from his angle. I always thought a penalty, but it took a few different clips before I believed it should of been a Red.. FATAWU, in nano seconds, no need of replays, that was a red all day, no need for Ref to take a moment (like Moore & Elliot suggested).. Top referering.. Any other incidents, no black marks has I saw.... Yeh some calls could of gone one way or the other.. Ref had no influence on game in the tight calls. A red would have served our needs, but IT'S SHIT from fans being clever after the event... We always take time to get going,, and without the Fatawu incident, those 10 minutes before half time, we were finding our stride.. I wouldn't say the subs were wrong, but this once team and Enzo in the 2nd half got our tactics and mental attitude totally wrong.. Fcuk 30 minutes Brave and proud defending, at any level of football is was way off and wrong, we were not playing a PL side to warrant siting back and at times, not prepared even to counter attack. Their waves were ripples with space behind.. That all said... One challenge in 20+ we failed to even pick up the gauntlet.. Very Bad day at court and in the office. Learn, prepare tuck the experience away, let it score a wound to hurt & be remembered. Next week with 11 men and our prolific scorers and creators & a wiser Enzo.. We go forth and plunder, outwink ravish some defenders...

Wise taking off Cannon in the end..You tend to get injured when you have ran yourself into the ground with no product… I thought he was right to bring on Mcateer..but later on when subbing Cannon he should of IMO put Albrighton RW and moved Mcateer to Cannon slot. Choudhury for Castadei.. We took a step back too far..plus a team with our calibre, should be able to ride going down to ten men..something team and Enzo has to grow into and prepare for. .Don’t forget this squad and Enzo is only 27 games young, With high potential but still a lot too learn,with foreprogrammed tweaks building up to be necessary when riding the nature of the beast.. Lets not go full Monty,because Coventry deservedly ripped us one.. So this week you have to put up with an irritating neighbour and if there are any thoughts of a poor run building up,then we aren’t the team or management group we think we are,and we return to the pack of should haves.. I suppose today was going to happen… It really was a bad day at the office,but being the team we are…going down to 10 men is no excuse..Again in 2nd half we rode the storm, after 60 minutes we let things happen’Coventry were not getting anywhere,but we didn’t have any positive intent. Plus once again in the and around Penalty box we fail to make the 2nd ball ours,and don’t face up.. Mads a bit more worrying,those 3 shots, on a good day he might have(should) saved 2 Defenders CBs not getting near the ballin final 2 yards.So no influence The above we have to see more detailed progress and reaction to these failings, or more teams in this 2nd half of the season will rip us one. like I said bad day at the office.. From my Fans perspective,we draw with Ipswich I will be happy..keeps them at bay. No need for concern,we are still comfortable in the driving seat,despite hitting a pothole..

I thought he was growing in the game…Initiated some nice moves,but the Red card put a stopper also in other players game… I agreed with the Mcateer sub,but not how we played. Castadei,On 60 minutes I would of subbed..but like my future posts on this weekend.. Bad day at the office for all.. No player today wanted to take the front foot attitude and let the game develope without with nobody taking responsibility… Castadei could have grabbed it by the neck,but also others. 10 men was not the reason we lost…
