  1. God we miss the Winks, Vestergaard Ricardo triangle when playing out.
  2. He's contributed absolutely nothing this half other than slowing play down. The only person that needs to stop being stubborn and admit they're talking nonsense just to be contrary is you. I post stupid shit all the time and put my hand up and own it or laugh at myself. You spend years insisting on dying on pointless hills, usually just in a bid to ironically try and look like the voice of reason
  3. To Bournemouth
  4. Bin off Ayew for Bilal or Fatawu (in which case get Facundo in the middle) and this would be alright. Ayew just a waste of space in any game we don't need to specifically double up on a dangerous opposition winger. We just sacked off Albrighton and signed his productivity doppelganger but at least Sharky was a legend around the club.
  5. Every striker in the world misses the odd howler. The implication from what you've posted though seems to imply one on ones are some Matty Fryattesque weakness for Vards though. Which is odd given he's probably one of the most famously prolific one on one finishers of the last two decades of Premier League football?
  6. Narh defender on the opposite side (the camera side) playing him on.
  7. That was not very Vardyesque
  8. They will relegate us at all costs
  9. How has this kid not been starting every game. And Mavididi. Should be the first names on the team sheet.
  10. STOP PICKING JORDAN ****ING AYEW.
  11. Yep I think the same would be true of most countries, especially most developed nations. I'd be gobsmacked if you couldn't find good Peruvian dishes in Germany, some tasty Malaysian cuisine in France or even some excellent Bratwurst in Japan.
  12. Although, sass aside, this deserves comment. Genuinely think you'd struggle to name many types of international cuisine you've got in the USA (or any country) now that aren't also in the UK. Particularly in big cities. There probably isn't a nationality on earth that hasn't moved to England at some point by 2024 and brought their food with them.
  13. I think the fact I hit such an obvious nerve responding to someone else's comment about the food tells everyone all they need to know (both about American food and American sensitivity to criticism of America )
  14. I'm very well aware that a couple weeks in Orlando isn't representative of the whole USA. I'm sure you have wonderful restaurants here just like we do in the UK. But when Americans sneer at British food it's always using the worst of it as an example. I'd say our day to day food, like typical grocery store food or chain restaurants or take aways - way better than America. Hell. Your McDonalds fries have ****ing sugar in the recipe.
  15. I can't get over the fact the Americans laugh at the food in the UK. Theirs is absolutely ****ing abysmal. The amount of sugar added to everything is horrific and nothing here is fresh, it's all processed shit. I'm sure if you know where to look they have nice restaurants but day to day food here is absolute toxin.
  16. **** me there's a core memory. Were you even old enough to go on it when it closed
  17. Both. Velocicoaster twice, Hagrid once. Both brilliant in different ways. Velocicoaster might be the best ride I've ever been on, it's so smooth.
  18. I won't hear that kind of disrespect about Nokia tbh.
  19. It's mad to me that it's 2024 and there's still people letting @Samilktray rattle their cage
  20. I've been on Spotify premium almost since it launched. I still own about 300 cds but I haven't used them in years.
  21. I'm currently in Florida, I've spent the last 10 or so days trucking round Universal and Disney. Obviously not everyone I see is American but one thing that's struck me is there's way more football shirts here than any of their sports. Even MLS teams, it's not all just Europeans and South Americans (although there are a shit tone of Argies here, I'd hazard a guess they're one of the biggest nationalities in the park other than septics.) The stadiums will be rammed for the World Cup. Especially in the south of the US.
  22. Pains me to say it but that's a backwards step for him now. If Enzo had stayed for a season there was a real chance of us re-establishing ourselves as one of the "proper" clubs in the Prem and really getting back to rebuilding our reputation. But we're just in silly season again. We are, along with Everton, the sick man of the Premier League. I wouldn't a Bournemouth or Brentford for Leicester at the moment. We'll have to be more creative than that.
