  1. Think I said it last year that Pearson is moulded for the Newcastle job if Pardew ever left. Carver's very poor management skills along with the shite Pardew's had to endure makes Pearson look like a genius. Perhaps they've been unlucky with injuries and with Riviere not striking, they lack a Remy character. With Pardew last season they lost 7 of their last 8 games, so their collapse isn't new territory for the squad. As for Pearson leaving, I don't think so. Only way he's going to leave is by being sacked - and the owners won't do that unless they have a man that can take Leicester higher up the table be it in the Prem or the Champ; they wouldn't risk stagnating the clubs development as a global brand and football club, seems like they have a lot riding on our success and stature within the game and Pearson's becoming a global icon, perhaps for the wrong reasons. If Newcastle are lucky enough to escape the drop which they should do, I think Ashley needs to replace Carver with a manager who demands respect and discipline by his players who play for their own pride and for the fans. If they can't get the top dogs he wants to come then Pearson may actually be tempted to go there if he's allowed to shake the squad up.. just a thought.
  2. Please be an Ostrich.
  3. I had money on GSW when they were down by 20 points in the 4th vs the Pels. That's how you clutch!
  4. Bucks are in with a shot, but very unlikely to pull off a 0 - 3 to 4 - 3 upset. Never happened in the playoffs I think. I like the Grizzlies, need Conley back though - think they can give GSW a hard time, maybe even pull off an upset.
  5. 1 - 0 to the home team. Boring African predictable bolux.
  6. Loved the enthusiasm all-round. Great to have Nugent there.
  7. He scored 4 goals in 28 games the year we were relegated - was offside most of the time, and was probably taking cash to actively be shit. Ulloa has scored more goals than DJ did already, so yeah I think the main reason for being relegated was the lack of goals we put away.
  8. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/29377365 Can we all laugh at the man responsible for getting us relegated? Conference South side Maidenhead United have signed former Birmingham, Leicester and QPR striker DJ Campbell. The 32-year-old played a total of 16 games in the Championship last season for Blackburn and Millwall. He started his career in non-league football before moving to Brentford from Yeading in 2005, and has commanded total transfer fees of more than £3m. The former Premier League striker goes straight into the squad for Saturday's FA Cup clash against Faversham Town. Campbell was released by Blackburn in the summer.
  9. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/28742392 Thoughts on his predictions?
  10. Stick with it! but can't say season four exactly improves from there...
  11. It's about time I signed up to this forum so I can voice my opinions loudly! Leicester fan since O'neil era, 21, live in Stoke sometimes (shit hole), Leicester rest of the year. I'm a huge Boston Red Sox fan and watch pretty much every game online - in Stoke when I can't get to the LCFC games. Current favourite city player = Andy King, the true blue.
