He is working his way through the midlands teams so we might as well be next -

Oh yeah I really don't want him But Top / Rudkin seem to be obsessed with him -

I think he is done in the Prem if he wants another job in England -

They shouldn't but I wouldn't be surprised to see them give it to King in the interim whilst they wait and see what happens with Potter and Sweden in March with how much of a hard on they have had for him (3 approaches since Rodgers left I think) Especially now they could let him get his own technical director / director of football which he apparently wanted before -
That seemed like such a slow free kick... keeper takes ages to start going for it as well

Any assistant managers around we should give a go to? -
Jordan Ayew - NEVER PLAYING FOR LEICESTER AGAIN!!!

Started wandering over to right back again today to get involved with the tippy tappy between Okoli and Ricardo Its no surprise when we do actually create a semi-decent chance through a cut back or something that he is nowhere to be seen because he is either so far behind the play or doesn't have a clue how to actually be in the right position for a striker I bet opposition centre backs and keepers piss themselves when they see him "closing" them down -
As we saw with us signing Fatawu though, that could potentially fall into next season's period I think the club are probably wanting that fee in the next period as well to help fund our summer (and hopefully somehow sign JJ)
-
He had moments where you could see he was an inexperienced 17 year old but he definitely still showed up Hamza as being such a cowardly footballer Constantly moving and constantly asking for the ball, at least it shows that he has the confidence (for now, Martí will soon ruin that) Maybe just needs to stop putting so much loft on his corners when we have no one at the back haha
-
I imagine most "normal" clubs don't go that tight But our club seemingly doesn't have a clue how PSR really works or how to properly deal with it so I wouldn't be surprised
-
They are absolutely stupid enough to do that Matty Fryatt was saying after the game today that he thinks the club probably don't even see relegation as a potential outcome this season Going to be 22/23 relegation from the Prem all over again where they finally realise it can happen but it will be too late
-
Depends whether we can trust them to put a deal through pre-june 30th to sort it, we were on the edge with the KDH deal (and it sounds like that didn't even help us out in the end either) Fatawu is the only one I can see us getting enough money for that would potentially help rectify us PSR-wise and it would likely end up with us being taken advantage of in that period because clubs will know we are very desperate for it to happen
-
I imagine we were probably struggling to find someone to pay up the full release clause for him? Which was basically what we would have needed last summer to make it worth it for us From Bilal himself - “And I’m satisfied, even though, to be honest, it wasn’t easy this summer. It was difficult to find a way out of Leicester; they didn’t make it easy for me. What I especially didn’t understand was why it didn’t work out despite my release clause.” Also if the club have decided this season is potentially going to be all about just "getting through" then it makes sense they would want the BEK money in next season
-
I do find it strange that more clubs don't put managers onto gardening leave and choose to just completely sack them off
-
As well as the possibility of transfer embargos, business plans enforced by the EFL etc.
-
It would then be another points deduction next season
-
I imagine we are right on the edge with PSR for this season so anything like sacking Martí could tip us over
-
You never usually have to pay out the full value of the contract when sacking managers, but we still probably can't afford what it would be anyway
-
Sassuolo want to send him back as well Although I wouldn't be suprised at all if Coulibaly was just done as a proper cheap signing so Top and Rudkin could just say "look, we did sign someone so we obviously care about fighting relegation!" and he just wants to go back to Italy He just needs to give Aluko a go
-
Probably another £75m or so to be added to this list once the 2026 contract players leave in the summer as well

Shite yet somehow I think we might actually be able to get the money back we need for him to fvck off to someone in Italy in the summer
