Only way I have been able to buy packs for RRP is following accounts on Twitter and Discord groups where they announce drops, my best luck has been Argos and Very, and also Tesco the other week as they were stopping people from bulk buying Thankfully I am not aiming to collect any full sets or anything like that anymore, otherwise it would be ridiculously expensive I got back into collecting with 151 and managed to finish that set just before the scalping got ridiculous
