I really like FB, but if the manager isn't going to use him (which seems to be the case) then we might as well send him back and use the slot for a CB. If we don't get at least 1 CB, it is pointless playing the rest of the season.

It's perfect for them. There will be a massive audience of Man U plastics, loving the chance to see their team win by 3 or 4 goals.

Normally I love to watch any football on TV but after yesterday's debacle I'm really struggling to show an interest in the games today.

Given how lacking in creativity that Everton are in open play, it is hard to think of a worse defensive performance in the PL than today. Before today they had created only 37 big chances in 23 games. By contrast, they created 7 open play big chances, helped by our errors of course, in today's game alone. Unreal.

Perfect time to play Villa and it's showing.

Genuinely haven't seen Villa play well once this season - in the PL at least. They were even pretty crap in both games against us, despite scraping wins in both.

He's an excellent technical footballer on the ball but as a defender at this level he's way off it, sadly.

The Arsenal game is going to be so toxic when we're 2 down after 10 minutes with a starting line up including Ayew, Vestergaard and Faes, having made no new signings in the transfer window.

I know what you mean but I do think most managers would have started the same team. His reaction to what happened in the first half is deeply troubling, though.

Agree. Our squad is sh1t but he's not helping himself with his selections and substitutions. We need to get more pace and physicality in the team. Plus get Facundo back in.

Clueless, absolutely clueless. Fair enough start with the same team after a win last week, but then to make no changes at HT after a terrible first half was criminal. Then on top of that, to leave Ayew on for the full game and BDR for 75 mins was unreal, given how ineffective they were. Plus, he's completely ruined Facundo, who was our best outfield player before he came. It's some effort to allow that Everton team 7 'big chances' from open play.

I can't imagine a team in League 2 conceding that first goal. Laughably bad. And that set the tone for the rest of the half.

3 down to a dogsh1t team at HT is totally unacceptable.
