The only reason can be that Daka played well v Saints, and he’s probably being rested for the league? We literally don’t have another first team striker. But I think survival this season - and possibly our existence or at least not going bankrupt and sliding down the pyramid - depends on Musaka. He’s very very good, and I’m not sure I’d be wasting him on a cup game.

Pearson is pretty much the only person who would get everyone on board and behind him and the players straight away. Time is something we don’t have. The next 14 games is about going bust in my view - it’s that serious. As much as we need to get a tune out of the players, we also need an appointment that’s going to get the crowd back. Pearson would do that imo, and is worth a punt.

Everyone has worked with one of these. Probably got away with it with a strong leader like Vichai, but not with Aiyawatt who’s only redeeming quality seems to be depriving a village of an idiot.

same with the end of season review from a few years ago. It’s laughable and to the point now where he and they are taking the piss out of us.
