She has stated a few times including her last pre-match that this team has old habits of playing it safe which she is trying to change. Kirk was progressive in his style but the interim was very defensive minded, just trying not to lose and you can see the team lost its way and we are still on a hangover from a winless run from last season. You could see the new managers style coming through in pre season including banging goals in against West Ham and the Arsenal game we held our own well and looked like we had a goal in us. Palace obviously was a bad performance but Villa, we were without any recognised strikers and Ratanla is a massive miss up top for us. I don't believe for a minute that she is showing us a lack of style or player management at this early stage so she has my support.

Very concerning with the amount of injuries to our forward line. Definitely was the driving factor in only picking up a point. Rantala is a big big miss. New manger is still the right appointment IMO.
