  1. Ndidi doing his best Soumare impression tracking back for that.
  2. Why bother people with a new thread when you could just spend £40 on Ubers and look for yourself?
  3. I actually think we will. We've got points on the boad and the squad is just about good enough (even if they don't look like they have a clue what they're supposed to be doing 90% of the time).
  4. Really, really poor. Red card bailed us out (again). I've seen enough to know we're not going anywhere under Cooper. Late and undeserved equaliser against these is satisfying after last season though. Reaction of their fans behind the goal
  5. Yeah that must have been why he waited until the 91st minute.
  6. That's the way I see them. Firmly in the same category as us and the 15 or so other middling clubs who have had brief and unsustainaned periods of success.
  7. I'm a lot more relaxed now we've beaten Southampton and Bournemouth. A point now isn't a bad result, in the context of the league.
  8. Sounds about right. I struggle to think of anything similar from an English club in an official capacity... Liverpool's ridiculous 'this means more' tagine the only thing which springs to mind.
  9. Points on the board. We've had some luck but he's bought himself a bit of time to iron out the issues (though if we don't win one of the next 2 then the pressure will be on again).
  10. And their desperation for this to be the case is palpable. 'World-famous City Ground' and all that. Unbelievable what they achieved under Cloughie but it was down to a generational manager rather than club size. Similar to Ipswich's successes.
  11. The last 2 results mean that there's less pressure on this points-wise, hopefully play with a bit more freedom and attacking intent. Crowd will make a difference. Beat these and we're in a great position- a point at Ipswich would do.
  12. Fairly certain this guy doesn't even say 'side'. YOURRR LESTUURR CITAAY
  13. Won't argue with any of that... my post was about Puel, who I thought got a rought time despite some good work behind the scenes. I gave him longer than most because of that- seen nothing from Cooper to give him that luxury.
  14. Tactics were dull, but his transfer policy was excellent. Rodgers inherited us in a good place.
  15. Sorry but I don't see a lack of effort from him, at all.
  16. Can we not turn on Winks, please? Just doesn't suit the way cooper seems to play (i.e. sit deep, no movement off the ball). If and when we get a progressive manager in, he'll be ideal.
  17. That's where I am. He's got this game to show something to suggest he's going to move us forward, in my mind.
  18. Less of a theory, more of a fact.
  19. My theory is that spurs fans are so weird because they exist in the same bubble as Arsenal fans.
  20. Would love a result- this lot are the weirdest and most annoying fanbase in the country. Win 1-0 today then lose 3-0 to Bournemouth next week. Proper Leicester.
  21. Not even just Everton. I knew when he stopped the game for 2 minutes pointing at his watch whilst the linesman sorted himself out that it wouldn't be reflected in stoppage time. Crazy how easy it is to get away with it. The worst was when subs were made, ref signalled play on and Pickford was stood on the other side of his 6-yard box with ball in hand. Took another minute to kick it. Almost like they're completely blind to it. Spineless, incompetent and gullible.
  22. The most Ipswich goal imaginable.
  23. I'd love to know how long the ball was in play during the second half- I'd guess no more than 25 minutes. God knows where they plucked 4 minutes from.
  24. Think those 2 awful crosses from Winks at the end probably had an impact on his rating.
