While he made some good passes out of the back, you knew if he didn’t pass straight away he would hold onto the ball for too long, so that stupid fake pass, scoop it back to slow it down even more. That didn’t help in an already negative Cooper set up. He was shit Everton as well, while Sounare didn’t help by being himself, his positing was always wrong. Along with VK, we seem to have the only Danes that are light weight despite their size. Players should be bouncing off of them but they get bullied constantly.

The only thing of note for me is him blocking Fatawu’s curling shot from outside the box.

Remember the Chelsea game where he got lobbed from about a metre away and didn’t even bother jumping, if he did he would’ve got it. He’s the Soumare of goalkeeping.

This. Solid basics from players, fight, a press and get the ball to the players with skill quickly, higher up the pitch.

He will be so much more productive with players around him that have brains and an ability to run. He dropped deep too often as Soumare and Ndidi were too lazy and scared to turn with the ball and pass forwards, he also had Ayew, Daka, Mav, Reid and Vardy around him. We need to keep and build the attack around him, Mav and Fatawu but I can understand outside influences where the move is of more interest to them than his career.

You can loathe it all you want I’m fine with you’re opinion, but my eyes and many others haven’t been deceived by watching him play. He is crap. Man City, he skinned a player in the box, had no one in front and tripped over the ball. Useless. He nutmegs himself.

He is no use to us as he cant lead from the front, drag us out of tough situations and be a game changer. He is better with better people around him as they carry all the weight and his inability isn’t as obvious.

A winger who can’t take on his man and can’t decide what to do so turns inwards and back isn’t worth it. We have enough players that can’t do their role properly. He can finish when he is close to the box and acts on instinct, otherwise he hesitates and shuts down.

People said the same about Cooper and convinced of themselves pragmatic meant something else. He waffled on and blamed everyone else and the football made no sense. At this point I couldn’t care less what the managers says anymore as long as he picks a team to give us a fighting chance.

And he spent that time playing all the players in different positions, claiming it was for fitness and then carried on into the season. Those preseason games were horrible and a foreshadowing for the whole season. It’s not just hindsight, many were calling it out at the time.

Soumare getting the groans every time he fires the ball backwards. Such a brain dead player, along with Ndidi, both happy to send the ball back into the box and keep the pressure on the defence. Once these two clowns and Ayew are gone, hopefully we will start to resemble a team with a clue.

I think JJ needs a lot of credit and respect there for fighting against his instincts of stopping the ball and passing backwards.

Pinned in because we have Ndidi, Soumare and JJ who have no interest in attempting to look forwards let alone pass to one of our players.

Soumare ran away in the first phase and Ndidi continued the lack of effort .

Standard JJ all season. Brain dead. Shame we can’t sub on those 4 watching in the stands.

Ndidi and Soumare are embarrassing in midfield, can’t pass, track or tackle.

Ruud trying his best to help Vardy reach 200 goals by playing all of his big guns to assist. McAteer, Soumare, Ndidi and Ayew. Not one forward pass will be made into Vardy.

Maybe he could train with Soumare to get tips on how to manage stamina.

We need someone better than Ndidi/Soumare/Skipp to do that role. That’s one of the main reasons we are so pathetic in attack and defence. Ideally we can bin them all off. If we keep Skipp and come straight back up, do you trust the idiots in charge to not give him a new contract? I understand it’s a tough one with PSR etc but there has to be a point where playing these morons is a bigger hit.

Him and Ndidi constantly passing back to Faes who pisses about to then leave the keeper with a short pass. All could be avoided if they actually tried to turn with the ball or pass forward first time.
