Thomas has shown for years now that he's capable of the odd decent game but is in no way reliable enough to depend on.
-
In terms of priorities in this window, I see it as... 1.RB 2.RW 3.LB Those 3 are absolute musts. We won't stay up without them. If we are able to address any others, it would be... 4.CB 5. ST 6.LW
-
At this level, for me, he would be a very good back up option. Unfortunately, LW isn't as big a problem position as other areas of the park but IF we were to stay up, I'd like to be starting next year with a better LWer ahead of him.
-
I honestly think he might be the worst player in the league.
-
Don't wish any ill on the lad but given what happened, it's hard to wish we'll for him although, him pushing through a move is probably the best thing that could have happened seeing as his legs are made of rich tea biscuits.

... but misgender someone on Facebook and it's the pokey for you.

Aye, that's just something that people like to say. It's NEVER been the case. Sadly the thousands of fans that sing it are just so desensitised to the words that come out their face, they barely view it as sectarian at all.

I was reading that. I think he's getting more stick for lashing out at people online who criticised him going to the darts. Same as what he done here nearer the end. Caught flack for being seen to go out and enjoy himself when we were struggling (which I think is a harsh criticism) and then spending more time and energy clapping back at people, which he should probably know better by this stage of his career.

I don't know what a Poutine is. How poor does that make me? Chip, cheese and gravy used to be a staple up here though. To the extent that schools had to ban it.

Not even day 1 of the transfer window and we are already losing our minds.
-
I DO think that we will need to sell before we buy but not necessarily to raise transfer funds. Likely because of wages and squad space. Yes, we need a RB but I don't think we can justify having 3 of them so JJ or Ricardo will have to go. Same goes for ST. We already have 3 vying for 1 spot so we would be unlikely to add a 4th without one going, most likely French Eddy returning to Palace. That's kind of the story for every position.

Not one person at that club has thought of googling "players out of contract in the summer." Lol.
-
Not sure about that. If you look at the teams that players leave Ajax to go to, it's generally teams like Wolves, Porto, West Ham, Hoffenheim, Marseille, etc. None of whom are a 1000 miles away from us, particularly in terms of wages. They do sell players to the likes of Utd, Arsenal. Inter. Bayern, etc but these aren't the players we would be looking at, nor does this particular one fit into that category.
-
Devyne Rensch from Ajax. Out of contract in summer and can play anywhere in the back line. Only 21, Dutch so maybe Ruud can have a word.
-
We will be very lucky if we keep it to within 4 goals. We are down this season, try accept it and save yourself the stress.
-
We aren't paying you tens of thousands of pounds a week to do that job though...
-
How is it possible that he's "tried hard" for 6 years yet not even slightly improved at all in that time?
-
I like that. Some things don't need tied up.
-
Same gift, same year.
-
That's plenty of that.

Again, I've not seen anything since both players have been here that suggests Ayew is better than Facundu at doing that. The only thing Ayew effectively holds up is play. He almost always turns back and kills attacks to keep the ball.
-
I just don't get what Ayew gives us over Buananotte! Everything Jordan does, Facundu does better. I would get it if they played slightly different riles but they don't. Start on the right and drift in. It's just a poor decision.

I'd prefer a drunk Mads with two broken wrists and a missing eye than a GK who turns side-on in 1v1 situations. Danny Ward is afraid of footballs! He is completely useless.
