I really do get why people would not only not renew but ridicule those who do BUT with leagie 1 working off of revenue as opposed to losses, those season ticket sales will be massive financially.

The "world class" argument always annoys me because there is no single specific criteria for the term. For me, i envision building a squad from every player in the world, so 2 gks, 4 CBs, 4 fbs, 2 #6, 2 #8, 2 #10 2 strikers and 4 wingers. ....others have different understanding of It.

So, I'm trying to wrap my head around the PSR rule differences between the championship and league 1. As far as I'm aware, the Championship work of the 3 year loss system that focuses on profit where league 1 uses a percentage of revenue wage cap where we can only spend 60% of what we bring in... So theoretically, if we where to sell all our high earning players for massive losses, or even release them, it wouldn't hurt us in regards to PSR as long as their wages are off the bill? As long as the combined wages of the players that stay is within 60% of what we bring in over the season? Or am I over simplyfing it?

You would never think by watching this that we could be relegated tonight. No fight, no urgency, nothing.

People shouting abuse at you is part and parcel of being a professional footballer. Clearly he doesn't have the ability for this level but it also appears that he doesn't have the mentality either. I could always see him going up to one of the Glasgow teams but if he can't handle our fans, he would be eaten alive up here.

We couldn't beat bottom of the table Sheffield wednesday, who are on their knees. Even after all the teams around us dropped points and a win would take us out of the relegation zone. Not even that was enough to motivate this squad. Why would you expect us to win ANY of our remaining games?
