Started going in 82 so caught Gary Lineker, loved Paul Ramsey and Steve Lynex from that era too. Fast forward a few years and GaryMac lit up some average games. Walshie provided so many dramatic moments. Similar with Ooh! Tommy Wright. The PO Semi v Cambridge United is still my favourite ever 90 minute performance from a City player. He was unplayable on a night when we needed a Hero. Muzzy Izzet is another standout memory from the MON years before you start reeling off the Champions XI and of course Vardy 🐐

I loved reading this piece, Thank You! My great aunt was a Club Laundry Lady for years and had lots of stories about Channy. Years later I contributed ’Channy Says’ to The Fox fanzine. There’s something really special about Arthur Chandler, a larger than life character!
