There doesn't appear to be a system in place at all ! I don't see any evidence of a plan. I appreciate Marti playing the youngsters but without a plan the youngsters will stagnate. Who knows what's going on at the DoF level but now is the time to make a change so that the incoming manager will have time to organize the team & make a run for the play-offs.

Silko Thomas looked good against Derby & deserves a chance. Way better than watching that cart horse ayew slowing down play.

I like that line-up. Marti doesn't have a lot to choose from but I'm happy to see young players getting a chance. Folks here will complain about any team he picks but they just like a whinge

Glasner doesn't play the type of football that Chelsea fans want to watch. Whether he can adapt is debatable !!

His football is Terrible ! When I watch a game I want to be entertained, I want wingers taking on full backs, I want to see goals !!! Maresca teams are awful to watch & I understand Chelsea fans wanting him gone.

He is a player that we can build a team around. Hopefully the club can sell him on the project but I would expect he would like to know that the club has ambitions. Which means we will have to tell a few pork pies !!!

I want my club to be well run & successful. I don't require a hands on owner, in fact I much prefer an owner who remains in the background and lets professionals run the club. The key for me is that the owner must be smart enough to have top class people running his multi-million pound investment which is where our owner falls down... Initially I was in the "better the devil you know" club as I was worried that the next owners could be worse but that ship has sailed !!!

Mavididi has talent and gets into good positions but keeps making the same mistakes. He looks to me like a player that needs some coaching to develop his game & get to another level. A manager/coach isn't just the guy who makes substitutions . He should be working one on one with the players to improve them.

Selling what was valued as a Premier League club for League one prices would represent a monumental loss.

We will probably never know what Tops thought process is concerning the club . It surely must represent his Fathers dream to him but he is running it like it means nothing to him. Even if his father's legacy means nothing surely the financial aspect of the club should mean something. He is turning a valuable asset into a liability with his incompetence & blind faith in Jon Rudkin !!

Yes .. A different kind of toxic but I agree. It's a difficult situation because there is no guarantee that he will get playing time at a league one team but a higher level of football would certainly help him.

I don't think that being a part of the toxic environment that is LCFC is beneficial to Braybrooke at this stage of his career. Why is Marti going to teach him !!

As the owner of the club & the person that has the capability to hire & fire he needs to accept all the blame.
