  1. Only once you get to the pay later part.
  2. The cry babies are going to call you Jon!
  3. It's interesting that the FT account William bought them from was opened on Sunday.
  4. Usually you can't do much but as William is a mate of mine, I spent 5 minutes looking in to him and now know where he lives and works, his mum's address and his batting average for Woodsetts Cricket Club in 2014.
  5. Even if anywhere near true, which it isn't obvs, losses on Women's team don't count towards PSR.
  6. You're duty bound to join the witch hunt, any dissenters will be sneered at and oh so amusingly be called Jon.
  7. This is blatantly untrue, the other 14 can vote it out anytime they like. When it was introduced, 8 of the 13 that voted in favour were outside the big 6 and another abstained.
  8. Savage vs Arsenal
  9. I'm thinking Cooper will be a bit Brian Little like with selections. A squad of similarly talented players pragmatically selected to suit the challenges presented by the opponents.
  10. Just dreamt that Tom Cannon got a last minute winner in this.
  11. There was 1 goal in that game that Ward was clearly culpable for, the back post header, there's little you can do about Son pinging them in off the floodlights though.
  12. The point is that you can't take players or coaches if you've nowhere to take them.
  13. And O'Neill was our last manager to leave of his own choice.
  14. Coaching staff leaving with the manager is pretty much the norm and it's a tradition that one of our players joins Chelsea each summer.
  15. Way back in '96, 90 minutes magazine published an article saying we wouldn't win a single game, we finished 9th and won the league cup. You just never know with Leicester, that's the greatest joy of following the club for nigh on 50 years, even our bad times are spectacular. The "League 1" thing that's coming up more and more often is interesting, as you get older time moves quicker, it's recent history to me, much less so to a 20 something, when I was that age the older fans were telling me how dreadful we were and how great the 60s were but I was loving the annual Wembley trips and at least competing in the 2nd tier. Everyone take a deep breath, the good times will come again and at some point in our lifetimes it'll be a whole lot worse than now. Enjoy the ride, there's no other club in the world that gets the heart racing like ours. COYF!!!!!
  16. It's not so much that, they're just the most boring club in football. They haven't even had the decency to be relegated. If football was a theme park we'd be the rollercoaster and they'd be the hook-a-duck.
  17. Me too, I dare say we'd have met a few times then.
  18. If they do it'll be the first time in 30 years something interesting has happened to them.
  19. I agree entirely and from a playing point of view, clearing the ropes more often is always a crowd pleaser.
  20. Maybe I'm in a small minority but a day at Grace Road is so relaxing, value for money and enjoyable. If everyone who supported LCFC tried a couple of days a season down there it would transform the club. Could County offer 1 free ticket for each LCFC STH per season, it might boost a few crowds put some money in the coffers of the club shop, The Meet etc. and get some coming back for more.
  21. Thinking about the starting 11 for Monday and trying to be positive in the wake of the Lens debacle. We should have 7 experienced PL players and 4 really talented youngsters. I know I'm clutching at straws but ever the optimist.
  22. Definitely, could go top with a win on Monday.
  23. No, Mark McGhee, eve of the 1995 season opener at Sunderland, he and Mark Robins scored with former Fox Steve Agnew getting the Sunderland goal in a 2-1 win for us. I'm such a sad bastard, I didn't even need Google.
  24. I'm no great fan of his but nicknames a 5 year old would think up are a bit ordinary.
