  1. Palpably incorrect, you used quotation marks when you weren't quoting, it was merely your spin on what I said with so many negatives I got bored of trying to decipher it.
  2. Probably not but I didn't post that 😂
  3. It won't stop it happening, football is cyclical, we have the 21st biggest fan base in the country and we've been at or above that level for 12 years. We won't know until it happens but I think a change of ownership could be catastrophic. It's really not as bad as so many on here think.
  4. There isn't half some ridiculous hyperbole in here. One day, probably in the not too distant future, it will be a whole lot worse than it is now.
  5. I follow a couple of non-league clubs now, I'm still invested in Leicester but I've massively fallen out of love with the EPL and international football.
  6. He signed a 5 year contract in 2022.
  7. Very unlikely, Chelsea are still paying him over £200k a week for the next 3 years.
  8. I still think he's a long way from the sack regardless of how much some of you expect it to be a formality this week.
  9. Was the double negative intentional?
  10. I would go as far as to say that the 4-2 win over Spurs in the penultimate game of that season was the most ill fated result in our history.
  11. Non-league food is quite often really good. As well as City I also watch Ilkeston and Bishop Auckland, the food at both is twice as good and half the price.
  12. Looked suspiciously offside to me.
  13. We'll be relegated then, he's nowhere near the exit door.
  14. Akinbiyi's goal and body builder celebration against Sunderland was 23 years ago today!
  15. Not sure what's funnier, payback for last season or the frustration of the dummy spitters who are convinced he's 1 defeat from the sack which I very much doubt he is.
  16. Me too, it was a topsy turvy December and January for us after McGhee replaced Little. Creditable draws against Man Utd and champions to be Blackburn and our solitary away win in horrendous conditions at Man City and a woeful new year performance at Ipswich.
  17. Luckily no one on FT has a victim mentality.
  18. The mood is much more positive in the ground than on FT.
  19. Face it, to the decision makers he's miles from the sack.
  20. We're 220 pages in now and I would imagine the truth is, as much as many of us will hate it, he's exceeding the board's expectations and his sacking is more unlikely now than when this thread started.
  21. Have you tried stamping your feet?
  22. At Maine Road in 1995 the supporters' coaches arrived in second half injury time. Incidentally, it was the same night as Cantona's kung-fu kick.
  23. Careful what you wish for.
  24. Is it a massive drop off? 19 points from our last 14 games of last season suggests we were properly found out at that level.
