Well said. Our academy should be as much a priority as survival at the highest level. Both should be the goal but the immovable vision must be that our academy drives our 1st team as much as reasonably possible. It's so frustrating, the hard work that's gone in over the last decade or more and we've chosen a manager who's an absolute myth when it comes to blooding academy players.

That weren't as bad as some of the comments in here and that's coming from a man who'd wake Steve Cooper up at 4am in the morning with a vuvuzela to sack him.
