I wouldn't put it past this lot to go for Martin, it's felt inevitable since May 2023 that he'd one day end up here. However, someone very reliable does not think we've even spoken to him this time around so I hope it stays that way. I find Brussell obnoxious and unbearable to listen to.

Quite possibly being driven by my overall apathy to football in general, rather than the combination of a watered down World Cup in time zones that aren't great for watching most games but I honestly couldn't care less about this one. Hopefully that changes nearer the time but I can't even be arsed to put Vindaloo on.

I always use Garmin Connect to create routes, some of those can have you taking liberties through people's properties but most of the time they are decent 😂

Rowett's contract is up so it's not the same as Van Nistelrooy who we ended up sacking before the start of July anyway. We are just so unorganised and everything has to dance to the tune of Aiyawatt.

The exact same rumours were said last summer that Martin was offered it before RvN was sacked and he questioned why hadn't we sacked him yet and wasn't willing to wait. My gut feeling is we haven't spoken to him this time around, not properly anyway.

I hear you mate but around May time with Monga the rumours changed to him staying as they have to have notified the club by end of May if they are leaving as a scholar. So if Motsi is off, people will now know.

At this stage, due to the player and representatives having to notify the club before the start of June if they intend to leave it is more likely to have substance. Either way we will find out soon enough.

What's your fastest ever 5km? Hahahaa yeah my legs are hurting so much now, not only the issue in my left leg/knee but my thighs and quads are excruciating! Going to properly rest and stretch now as I barely had any chance to post London Marathon as had this 5 weeks after so needed to keep at it.

Got it on good authority we haven't even spoken to Brussell this time around. However, I have always been convinced he ends up here at some point and staggered it hasn't happened yet.

Mind bendingly hard this was, first 30km was straight forward. Then my left calf/knee which I was worried about flared up and it was a war of attrition there after. A few rest breaks made it even harder to get going again each time but I just had to get it done. The route itself was sensational, will live long in the memory which is fitting for the cause of me doing it. 💙
