Be interested to hear from Ipswuch fans on how they felt this season went/hoe enjoyable it was. From the outside looking in i'm amazed they have finished 2nd, felt like they properly struggled and still gone up. I know at this level you can be fairly ordinary win less than half your games and have a chance of going up but of all of our promotions from the Championship i've never felt it was particularly hard work bar the O'Neill playoff one. This Ipswich promotion feels similar to QPR under Redknapp, not that they'll care. They're up, we're in League One and Kasey McAteer is back in the Prem 😂

Hahahahahaaaaaaa Think i'm probably going to re-group with a few decent Halfs and then train again during winter for a marathon or two in the spring of 2027. Wondering if 2 are possible in relatively quick succession. Really don't like how the marathon calendar falls in the UK, i'm glad there aren't many in the warmer months but there's very little even in Autumn. -

Need to pick this lad vs Blackburn and strengthen the compensation we will be awarded for his alleged move to Liverpool. -

Remember you posting this before, it is very tempting that. Think thats what I need to plan for 2027 at least once. -

Was going to try for Chester but realise its the same day as Leicester Half that we're trying to get loads of runners to join the BSLB. Dilemma. Eryri is on the bucket list but feel scared of doing it until i've a few more under my belt. -

Right then hit me with some other marathon suggestions for latter part of this year / March-May next year 😂 -

What an experience, a life long goal achieved and probably the marathon bug now secured for a long time. Just incredible and surprisingly was pretty consistent with my splits. Didn't hit the wall but it was a tough battle towards the end. There's no bigger test in my opinion (until I run 38 miles end of May 😂) Well done to everyone who ran yesterday and those who supported, it's a phenomenal occasion. -

It's going to be between 18-20 degrees which will be a bit naughty but hopefully not too horrific. Last year was way hotter and I know a battle. Fluids wise i'll stick to my plan but hopefully still grab a few waters to bomb round my neck and gooch. All the best everyone 🙌🙌🙌 -

Justice for the big man. Absolutely cruel we were robbed of the Souttar and Nelson partnership.

We missed our opportunity this summer to prove to our academy players that their future best lay with us. A decade of hard work at risk of being carved apart and we've gone down anyway favouring experienced players 😥

And even after a few years of a handful of chances they'll then go elsewhere and likely get 1st team football anyway. Tyrese Noubissie left us at 14 for Man City and thrn at 16 gone to Strasbourg and is now around their 1st team. There will be some that harm their chances, but we are hardly a no brainer either in that regard. -

This is it, we had a massive opportunity to prove to our talented young players that they'd get the best platform to gain first team football at an early age and we blew it. Why would they stay here? -

I'd like to combine running and fishing as a sport. You've got to carry all your fishing tackle an'all and bait. Just boilies everywhere.
