About as clear match fixing as you’re ever likely to see. Thats my biggest concern with us giving him a new 3 year deal. He might be a good tackler but hes so poor on the ball and a massive liability. Teams that use a high press will go to town on him. Got to be good on the ball in tight areas playing as a DM in 2024. We’re going to have lots of games this year where we see little of the ball and when we finally win it back we need to be able to keep it effectively. Hopefully Skipp will be a big upgrade

I wouldnt worry about his strength, id worry about Traore putting the after burners on and leaving Okoli for dead with his runs in behind. From the little ive seen of Okoli he doesnt look that quick

Why? Hes not a LB. We saw in the Euros how having a right footer at LB doesnt work as it completely restricts the way they can provide an attacking outlet. Justin just spends the whole game turning back as he has no left foot. Having a left footer at LB gives the team width and provides a dangerous over lap

They were miles better then Man U the other night and deserved to win. Going to be a very tough game to get anything out of it

Last two years hes started the season well before tailing off so hopefully he will be more consistent this year. Looked solid at the back, just needs to stop these David Luiz style runs into midfield where he loses the ball and leaves us exposed

He must be one of those players thats unreal in training but bottles it when it comes to playing infront of a crowd. Never ever looks in control of the ball and seems to be a second behind when it comes to tackling as he misses the ball by a mile. Plays like a man thats riddled with nerves
