LCFC will NOT face any charges for breaching PSR
lcfcbluearmy replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Surely the prem is a private entity that could kick anyone it wanted out for breaking the rules if a club has been deemed to break them and a court thinks its an appropriate punishment. Where it is different from Italy and the juventus case is it wouldn't be a relegation from to the championship that would be imposed just an expulsion from the Premier League. It would then be up to the efl on whether to let them join and at what level of the efl they join at. So in Italy because it's one organisation serie A can say your punishment is relegation to Serie B. However in England because they are separate entities the Prem could expel man city and not allow them to compete ne,t year but they wouldn't automatically be allowed into the championship. Man city would then have to apply to join the efl and it would be up to the efl to decide whether to allow them in. So if the prem decide to expel man city it is theoretically possible the efl will decide not to let them join and man city have no league next season/ have to play non league -

According to the Premier new rules ad of a year or two ago all complaints on breaking PSR rules have to be filed with in 14 days of the accounts being submitted that being today and the punishment given in the same season as the breach occurred. So we either 1. Which I think is most likely haven't breached PSR this season Or 2. They can't charge us even if we have because they have missed their deadline That's how I understand it anyway -

We may as well go for it stay up and take the points deduction next season rather than be relegated and get a points deduction in the champ, another season of prem money could be crucial for us -
Have you ever seen him in the stands doesn't even smile or clap when we score he has absolutely no passion for this club
-
I get your point and agree we should have had youth on the bench yesterday, however to say that RVN hasn't shown any likelihood of giving youth a chance is completely untrue there have been multiple youth players on our bench for the last couple of prem games and Alves even got some prem minutes the other week. Do I think there should be more opportunity for youth? Yes Do I think yesterday once we were comfortably on the lead was a wasted opportunity ti give youth a shot? Also yes However it's one game and if you look at the bigger picture youth have been starting to be given a chance since RVN has come in I wouldn't write him off as not giving them a chance yet

Worst Refereeing Decision Made Against Us?

It was stopped three times during the match as well because no one could see the lines on the pitch but of course it 2as Stuart Atwell so we played on -
Look there is plenty wrong with the running of this club but we have absolutely no suggestion the RVN has been lied too. He hasn't said anything that alludes to that effect and there is no evid2nce that suggests that. He may very well have come into this Job knowing that we wouldn't spend/sign many people in this window and even that we were close to the limit on PSR and might get another charge. Like I say there is plenty of things wrong with the running of the club IMO Rudkin is useless and needs to be sacked but let's not jump to conclusions and make up that the manager has been lied to when there is absolutely no evidence for this currently
-
10th minute of every match there should be coordinated Rudkin out chants loud and across the stadium until he is gone
-
I agree I think if we want more people to join in though it probably needs to change to we want rudkin out or something as some people will agree but not want to sing Rudkin's a C***
-
Rudkin's a c*** gets sung audibly every game
-
I didn't say I was optimistic just if you critise before it's actually gone wrong you just look like your wishing it to go wrong/ have an agenda. Wait for it to inevitably go wrong and then pile on the criticism as much as possible. I hate rudkin have fone for as long as I remember but wait for it to go wrong first
-
You should be making it in a tea pot with the hot water but milk goes into the mug first
-
We might have them lined up it's possible it's the other clubs that are the hold up. Look we have been useless of recent and there are plenty of criticism that can come from the previous transfer windows but let's not write this one off before it's even happened if in a week nothing has still happened then there can be questions about this window
-
That would actually be a really good idea, I wonder if it's something @Union FS and @Foxes_Trust could lobby the club to get behind?

The reason it took so long to announce is he had to wait for the lcfc shirts to be posted to him 🤣 -
Ruud awakening for the Premier League!
lcfcbluearmy replied to DJ Barry Hammond's topic in Leicester City Forum
Yes but we wouldn't have been speaking in details to the person we were hiring whilst we still had someone in the role that is just incredibly bad practice in whatever world/ business you are in. You can argue that we should have sacked him during the international break and that would be fair but to say that it's taking too long since we sacked him is rediculous -

It's been less than a week we clearly have RVN lined up denying that feels a bit stupid seeing as all the reports from credible sources sat that it's done. Details take time and we won't have been discussing them whilst Cooper was still I'm the role as that would have been incredibly disrespectful. There have been plenty of mistakes made by this board but I don't think this is one of them. If this is announced by Sunday then that will be a new manager appointed within a week which is an incredibly quick time. I think some people need a bit of patience -

I Could be wrong but I imagine it's a respect thing. I think it is one thing sounding out someone to see if they are interested whilst you still have a manager in post but it's another altogether to be having in depth discussions and ironing out details before you have even informed the current manager that they are out of a job. -

Not sure what to think about this to be honest he's quite inexperienced and man u still looked shocking in the 2 games they played against us we were just worse however he is young and ambitious and hopefully the players will respect him because of his playing career. Wouldn't have been my choice but I'm willing to back him, feels more positive than when Cooper was appointed
