I don't like the ref blaming either but claiming that adequate managers don't blame refs when they lose is not true. Have you ever watched a Klopp or Guardiola interview after they don't win?
-
That's fair I disagree but I think we still both agree that it's not good enough weather we agree we played slightly better today or not
-
Yes it's still shit just slightly less shit today I think that's worth acknowledging even though it dosent at all change my opinion that Cooper needs to go
-
Look I said we played better it didn't say it was good. They are 2 very different things. You will see if you look at my previous posts I think Cooper is useless and the sooner we get rid of him the better. However I do think if you don't acknowledge the positives let alone how small and only focus on the negatives it makes you/ whoever look like you have just made your mind up and are not open to anything getting better and makes your point less valid than if you look at both sides and still like me decide he's useless and needs to go
-
2 points today and they can both be true 1. We played much better today than we have in the last couple of games including the 2 man u games. We defended better and did create chances - if this was an isolated game against Chelsea it wouldn't be too bad but as part of a pattern it's awful 2. Steve Cooper dosen't have a solid game plan or identity for the team and still does not know his best 11. The football we are producing isn't good enough and he needs to go
-
Yes I meant Tranmere, autocorrect, ah ok sorry I thought it was said since the start of the season I misread it
-
There are chants of Rudkin's a C*** from L1 every home game maybe join in rather than just complaining on foxes talk
-
We beat transfered though so it's still 3 wins Still awful and not good enough though
-
Don't want him anyway did anyone actually watch the games he was in charge of man u for they still looked awful we were just worse he has done absolutely nothing to prove he has anything about him as a manager
-
Maybe if the people that kept complaining about the fans not "finding their voice" or being "happy clappers" turned up to a game and expressed there discontent others would join in and things would change. But it's easier to moan on here isn't it
-
Has he gone yet?
-
The fact that he is still here is a disgrace

Not sure why people are wanting Okoli over Feas. Okoli hasn't impressed me at all Feas is twice the player -
I disagree about Dean Smith he had a disaster of a team to bring back together and got us playing better than we did under Rodgers. But yes I probably was a bit kind on Sven
-
He's the only one in recent years though sousa being the only other one under these owners that has been a complete disaster. Sousa - complete disaster sacked quickly Sven - Did OK but spent alot of money and didn't get the success needed from the money spent, did bring in Schmeical though so that's a big positive Pearson - Absolute Legend, promoted, great escape, built the squad that won us the league Ranieri- Won us the league what more can I say Shakespeare- gave us the night of our dreams in the Champions League and improved us after Ranieri left, should he have been given the job permanently probably not in hindsight but I don't blame the board for giving him a go after how well we did in his caretaker period Puel - He wasn't great and underachieved but did have us as a stable top half team I think we finished 8th and 9th twice under him not sure without double checking. He also brought in and set up a really good squad to take us forward Rodgers - Did brilliantly to start with won us the FA cup, should have been sacked 18 months earlier but he wasn't a bad appointment in the first place Smith - Tempory manager who improved us from the shambles we were under Rodgers probably would have kept us up if he had come in a game or 2 earlier Maresca - Took a squad who were lost and without direction got them playing as a team and hot us promoted at the first opportunity Cooper - Shit So other than Cooper the only disaster was Sousa and he was sacked very quickly. I would agree however there manager search is generally uncreative and there are some very good managers abroad but I do also think the abroad= better thing gets plaid a bit to often and isn't always correct look at Ten hag at United for example. This board have generally got their manager hiring decisions correct. There is plenty to critasise them for but I don't think this is one of them
-
Oh yes not defending them completely the6 have definitely been huge mistakes and mismanagement I just think generally they get the manager pick right (obviously not with Cooper) just hold on to them too long or mistreat them once they are here I think Dean Smith is a tough one because he was only ever a temporary appointment as by all accounts they were looking at maresca for the summer weather we stayed up or not. I think it would have been hard to get a better temporary appointment
-
Why? The ownership make many mistakes but they have generally got the management choice right there mistake has been holding on to them for too long. Both Rodgers and maresca were recent correct choices. Cooper obviously wasn't but that does seem to be the exception rather than the rule
