Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official

How has he not been sacked yet? -
Genuinely on a management basis day to day running they have been appealing. However what they have done is invest, you can argue that they have invested in the wrong places or wasted that investment on rubbish but to suggest that they don't back the team with money is easily disproven. There is no guarantee a new owner will do this. So whilst there needs to be a complete change/ overhaul in the day to day running of the club that is what I want to call for rather than asking to be sold to some complete unknown

Premier ambitions, amature decisions is the best. It will keep most people onside as very few disagree that there have been mistakes A message saying King Power out gives the wrong vibe and will alienate people and reduce support for the banner

It's no lose for him though if he somehow manages to keep us up he's a genius tactical magician, if we go down it's clearly not his fault, if he managed to get 1 win and score a few goals he would be seen as a success -

Yes but pay him off now pay him off at the end of the season dosent really make a difference but it needs tobe done may as well do it now -
There was no one left to boo
-
I hope it's not treated like our last game against West ham
-
He still had to put the money In now though and only at an unknown time in the future if he sells and gets the value that he has set for the club would he get it back. There are lots of things to critisie the owners for but not investing isn't one of them they have shown time and again that they will invest. How they spend that investment though is a different matter and can definitely be critisised

I actually think it should be longer with more of both, only the featured game / first 2 get full highlights and analysis the rest get limited highlights and 1 sentence analysis something like "leicester were poor today there in touble" then move on. Most people nowadays don't watch live and record or watch on player and just skip through to the bits that there interested in anyway. If every game got properly covered with full highlights and analysis I would watch more often even if I just watched the couple of games I was interested in

He would be a significant upgrade on RVN and perhaps at the very least get us some results before the end of the season. Everyone who can't see that needs to either suggest a realistic better option or they can STFU seriously -

I was advocating for picking facundo over ayew and saying that the stats suggest that he should be. I was saying RVN was wrong definitely not defending him -

Yes I just pointed it out as people use it as a reason not to pick him over ayew when its not true and he is more productive attacking wise than ayew and has better defensive interception and block stats as well -

Stats say facundo gives the ball away less than ayew -
No, I see what you are saying but I think you seriously undervalue the pulling power of the prem/ top championship side compared to most of the other leagues in the world. Granted we are not the elite of the elite but in the wider world of football we're still in the top 2-5% of teams especially with the wages we can afford to pay. Current performance isn't everything, we have some of the best training facilities in the world, rich owners who invest ( you can argue that they invest in the wrong places but not that they don't put money in) who with the direction of a strong capable DOF could easily turn this around within a 3-5 years and we have recently got a track record of winning major trophies. My point being there is still alot that's attractive about this club it has the basis to be a solid competitive top 10 prem team if run properly.
-
We are as far as directors are concerned we are in the Premier League which is one of the top 2 or 3 leagues in the world. I think people forget how much pulling power that has, if Top gave the incoming dof an attractive remit with control over aspects that they wanted we would attract alot of elite DOFs especially if they were out of work You can't look at this from a fans perspective
-
Why wouldn't we be able to bring in an elite CEO?
-
He's tried different players, but keeps playing Feas, but he hasn't changed the system 2 up top 5 at the back. That's not a good manager just try something different

Rodger’s vs the board (chicken vs egg)
lcfcbluearmy replied to Lambert09's topic in Leicester City Forum
No, I still absolutely can't stand him, whether or not he was lied too in that summer/ January is no excuse for how he acted. He had been heavily backed and had wasted it on people that he didn't want/ were not good enough, then as soon as things started not going his way he through a temper tantrum and purposely excluded players and played out of form players because he wanted the sack. That team was more than capable of mid table and was severely, imo purposely, mismanaged because he wanted a pay off. Disgusting ego, disgusting behaviour I will never forgive him -
