Some of my friends have been evacuated. Brings back painful memories of Aberfan across the valleys. Luckily all are safe.

Sadly we've more important things to worry about.

I think you're right in many respects. Poor timing, as another poster said, and very naive to think it wouldn't get media exposure in this day and age. As you say, whatever, it's time to move on under the new regime.

It might indeed just be an in-joke, that could make sense. As you say, poor timing. But they would be very naive to think images would not go on social media and into mainstream media nowadays.

The fans put up signs about their own boss? Don't think so. We're not talking fans putting up signs about Top or the manager, but the players or a player putting up a sign that relates to his (then) boss in a public place that is shared on social media.
