He needs an experienced head with tactical nous on his coaching team quickly. He looks isolated and a tad clueless. He needs to sort out our defensive organisation. Or a structure. He needs to realise who's good/reasonable and who's substandard. No evidence of that to date. He needs to instil some backbone into them. So not a lot to sort. 🤔 In all seriousness, we can still finish above 3 teams. No reason why not if he gets to work properly.
