Nobody is turning their noses up. We would obviously all like to win the title as a bonus but in the grand scheme of things it doesn’t matter too much.

Nobody cares who’s won the second division the most times lads there’s no status to it and barely any financial gain compared to the team that finishes 2nd.

Nope. I was there the day at Southend we won that league… Great day of course and celebrated. But it’s not a major trophy. We’ve won bigger things and should strive to again. Second rate trophies are a platform to a higher level.

It’s irrelevant because it’s not a major trophy. The promotion is what matters. A trophy is nice but it doesn’t really matter. The outcome is the same.

I’m not his biggest fan. I don’t think he has a natural position I think he’s a squad player at PL level as he can fill in across the midfield without doing any of the positions that well to be a starter. I’m not sure what he is. He’s not an 8.

This is where I’m at too. We play a system with two number 8s that are key to creativity and neither are number 8s. I feel we would be a different beast if we managed to get players in who could play that position. I also feel a lot of this season our strikers have been crap too.

People definitely over estimate how good our squad is. Yeh it’s good for this level but it’s not run away with the league with 120 points good. Saying that I don’t feel Enzo has built on his strong start. Needs to get them going and I do not think we should be seeing as many flat performances as we do.

If it’s not Ipswich we need even less points

Well we don’t. The most points Ipswich can get is 105. 8 wins takes us to 106. 8 wins guarantees promotion. Ipswich won’t win 9 games. We won’t need 8 wins. How many points for the title though who knows.

He’s the best striker in the division. Still

It doesn’t have to be an aggressive ask. It’s obvious we make few subs.

I would have taken 4 points from these two games tbh. Need a good break and a reset for the break and hope we come back fresher with better performances. Having Ricardo and Ndidi back in the starting line up will hopefully do wonders for us.
