    We need two players of this type. we literally have no attacking midfielders as it stands. Last season we had KDH, Yunus, Casadei and Ndidi used in that position.

    Those extreme points deduction rumours are all starting to make sense. Almost as if the club is just trying to get enough players to make it through the season and quality isn’t important.

    I wasn’t a huge KDH fan and think he’s very replaceable but i would argue we are weaker than this time last season.

    Have to say I’m pretty concerned. We haven’t improved on the squad from last season and the season starts in 3 weeks. We need to do some business. Creativity a huge concern.

    I have no doubts we would have played this way and been on the end of some serious hidings. My hope is that Cooper sees our limitations and has a more pragmatic approach.

    I wouldn’t. We were short last season. We’ve lost KDH, Akgun, Casadei and Ndidi no longer being seen as a forward player.

    Mavididi/Reid - Soule/Alves - Fatawu/Nelson Gives us options in that 3 behind the striker and players that can play in different positions.
