I'm also a bit of a nervous flyer, but like you it doesn't stop me, I just really don't like it. We're booked to fly to the Caribbean in November with Lufthansa and thankfully the planes are Airbus, if they were Dreamliners we would be seriously considering changing. We use Ryanair a lot for our short haul flights and I know they are Boeing but as far as I know the ones Ryanair use are deemed to be safe...

This is pretty much what I was going to say. However invaluable we might feel in our work roles, we really aren't. If you have enough to be comfortable then be exactly that. Enjoy your life while you can, comfortably now, don't leave it until you're not able to enjoy it.

Nobody has said 7th October has been forgotten, when around 1200 people were killed. If you think a reasonable response to that is what we have withessed since, with over 50,000 Palestinians murdered, then I don't know what to say to you. I live in Spain and our PM has absolutely called it a genocide, which is exactly what it is whether you agree or not. I don't think the UK Government not coming out and saying it means it's not happening...

Maybe because Hamas are not razing Israel to the ground with the backing of the West, committing genocide while we watch on, and stealing Israeli land?

I hadn't spoken to my mum for around 4 years until I had to ring her to tell her my son had died.
