A minor victory for me yesterday, Expedia have finally resolved my complaint. Last summer we booked a hotel which was advertised with a pool, but when we arrived it was out of use, and looked like it had been for months. I complained and they weren't interested, even though they are still advertising it the same. I eventually gave up with them and went through the European Commission complaints platform which was very easy, and they came back in 48 hours agreeing to the EUR 96 compensation I'd asked for. These people purposefully make it difficult to complain in the hope we will give up, I came close but I'm glad I didn't now!

You beat me to to it, I was going to ask the same question. It honestly baffles me how anyone can have anything remotely negative to say about a group who do as much for the fan base as UFS do, long may it continue. Side note, but I have found the group nothing but respectful and welcoming. I'm a wrong side of 40 year old woman with a teenage daughter, and we joined the section before it was official at one of the cup games pre covid. We loved it! If anyone is thinking of joining them please do, the more the noisier!

No way are 20k people using the clappers these days I'd be surprised if that many used them when they were on all the seats! If 20k are using them, maybe they should try using their hands and voices instead, they're clearly not helping the atmosphere with clappers alone.

Not yet we're not, remember, we've 'qualified for the Champions league' before too. We can't get complacent only half way through the season, so much can happen.

Agree it's horrible, but why eat it if you don't like it?! We're having sticky toffee pudding instead, it's a bit of effort to make, but well worth it
