  1. This will add fuel to the demonstration in a fortnight
  2. I was thinking it could be closer to John Toshack at Wales
  3. I reckon the most damning aspect of all this is our complete lack of any goal threat. And this under a manager who was one of the best in the business when it came to goals.
  4. Palace last Wednesday sealed it. We're going nowhere under Top.
  5. The link stopped working for me just now. The highlight of the afternoon really.
  6. To think there was once a time when O Neill had the fanbase after him within 6 games. It's been 3 seasons since the rot set in under Top and nothing.
  7. This is right up there with Derby 2007/08 2 relegations in 3 seasons. Way to go
  8. Had high hopes but nowhere near good enough. The people at the top have no clue.
  9. We'll do well to be in 19th this time in the championship next season.
  10. Looks like getting tickets is no longer an issue. Well done to the powers that be.
  11. Superb hit from Kluivert
  12. Be great to watch a Leicester win today. The Big Match on ITV4 is the best hope.
  13. If he's still here at the start of next season I'm not watching anymore.
  14. August 2025 if we're lucky
  15. We could be here till the end of the season waiting for our next goal nevermind a win
  16. Proud history. What future
  17. Feel sorry for him given the injuries have ruined his career. But this is dangerously close to Danny ward levels now.
  18. The worst December in our history.
  19. Spurs have gone way way back
  20. Make this thread a sticky.
  21. These fixtures have come at a bad time. (I'm fact it's the 3rd time in recent years we've got these and Liverpool at xmas) We've stepped it up a little since last Sunday and I'd be a little bit more hopeful we can survive.
  22. At least Man City will say they ended the year on a high.
  23. His dad Jimmy Barry Muprhy (or JBM as he is known) is one of the icons of Irish Sport. One of the very few to win All Irelands in both codes. An absolute gent to boot. Brian Barry was a jobbing defensive footballer of sorts around the third tier and his coaching career which I think started in his early 30s or so looks solid if not spectacular. Looks an OK appointment but a big ask with what's going on around us. We need someone with a defensive plan to implement and he may be worth a shot. Here's hoping.
  24. I won't join I'm the kicking just yet as he has been dealt a bad hand with the keeper. But playing Ward today has set alarm bells ringing to say the least....
