This has now dropped down to booking history. So if anyone has a point (home or away) they can now buy tickets.

Just to confirm what was said in the meeting with the club the other night. Reciprocal deals are made on allocations (or at least this season due to lower mandatory allocations of 2,000). That's why we got 4,500 last week and why they got 3,300 at our place. However, as mentioned above, there are some anomalies. Ipswich gave us 2,000 when they could have given us more (their ground is not much smaller than ours) but we then give the big allocation. Certainly Norwich and WBA have already been earmarked as ones to reduce allocation for as they shafted us when we went there. Birmingham and Blackburn can be given the benefit of the doubt as they gave us 2,600 and as much as we wanted respectively. I don't think Blackburn will bring more than 2,400 last game anyway. Back to the point of reducing the allocation, surely this is possible regardless of concourse size. It just means reconstructing the seating arrangement a little bit and putting the police/steward divide in a little bit. On either side you could bring home fans in a bit and move the dividing line to give away fans 3,000ish and us about 300 seats more. However, with the incoming expansion, the club may be reluctant to make any changes now. It has been noted for the next meeting.

Leeds (A) Friday 23rd Feb @ 8pm

Judging by conversations around general sale the other night, there are reciprocal deals on both pricing and allocation. We gave them the full end when they came to us, so we get the same at their place. I think this could drop to All STH's with it being a Friday night TV match. -
LCFC must offer General Sale to fans
KrefelderFox666 replied to Union FS's topic in Leicester City Forum
This exact point was made. I get they want to understand sale volumes (which I am sure will be fairly high in comparison to not) but at the end of the day, even if only 1 or 2 tickets were sold on general sale, it's a win. Hopefully that point got through to the club. -
LCFC must offer General Sale to fans
KrefelderFox666 replied to Union FS's topic in Leicester City Forum
Worth highlighting that the club have said they would set up a follow-up meeting in a few weeks. So if anyone has any further comments, please send them to UFS or the Foxes Trust for inclusion. One other point that is linked to this which was raised in the meeting yesterday was about why we give away teams over 3,000 tickets. Essentially this is a reciprocal thing where in return we get a larger allocation at the away leg. Cov being a good example. We wouldn't have gotten 4,500 otherwise. We will be mentioning about Norwich and WBA though because they both only gave us 2,000 so I hope we return this with a small allocation so we can offer more to our home fans. @Ashley I believe you asked this in a thread somewhere? Apologies if I got the wrong person. -
FA CUP - Birmingham/Hull (h)

I think if you bought before the 17:00 sale window today you might have been able to get paper tickets. Not anymore though. I am a STH but waited to get my son an extra as a "guest" this evening and mobile ticket was only option. -

Looks to be all mobile tickets now. Anyone ordering now onwards. -
We were turned down for a more central spot unfortunately. Would have been a great opportunity as only a handful of STH's actually bought their seat. If the singing section marked in the diagram fills, then naturally just buy around it. That way it becomes bigger without being officially made bigger. That is our sale plan for this.

Members can buy guest tickets too yes (assuming it doesn't matter whether junior or adult). You might even be able to buy multiple guest tickets on your account? -

Yes, every ticket needs to be assigned to a supporter number. You might be able to put it against your account and then provide person's details additionally but it would be easier to just set an account up as it will help in future (plus gives a home priority point for your daughter). -

17:00 tonight (if the club activate the system in time) is where all available seats are released (i.e. those STH's who didn't buy their seat). You will have a huge choice. With it being Birmingham, they will take the full 4,500 allocation now. -
Is it a full moon tonight?

I know a fair few in Hinckley. One of which goes the gym and I had the pleasure to review the weekend with him this morning. Something I don't see in Hinckley are Forest fans, not surprising. Don't know a single one. Know 1 or 2 Derby fans, fair few Villa fans. And then your usual big clubs are represented like anywhere.

Are those linked accounts a "Strong Relationship"? Otherwise you can't buy and manage other people's tickets. Rather than: -
As above. Or come for a chat at a game or just message the group on here or via socials. Not a closed group by any means and always willing to have open communication.

It's been talked about for a long time but the club are yet to fully commit. However, from recent discussions it sounds like they are moving along, at least on the planning side. Whether it comes as part of the expansion or before, not sure. Put it this way, the club has to introduce safe standing to not get in trouble with authorities because persistent standing happens in fairly large numbers at every match and the stadium has no safe facilities for it
-
As a group, UFS have absolutely discussed the idea about moving next to away fans but it is not something we as a group want. And everyone will have their reason for this. Personally, being next to away fans has two major drawbacks. 1. People will focus on going at away fans, rather than focusing on our team and what is going on on the pitch. This was something we noticed in that Brighton test section. 2. When you have a loud away section, it can really disrupt you getting something going in the home section. Something I picked on at Cov yesterday. As the home fans made a fair racket, it was hard to get going in the away end. What we are looking at currently and in particular in anticipation of next season, is how can we bring singers together, how can we improve the section we have. Moving next to away fans is not top of our list currently. Also, as SemperEadem has mentioned, the club already seem to have plans around where safe standing will go and how the expansion may change any dynamics. Something we are looking to get more details on so we can plan accordingly for next season. Never say never, moving nearer to away fans is not off the cards but there are other avenues we want to explore first. I know people here seem to have a problem with comparisons to the continent, but none to very little of home fan groups (at least the core) are ever near to away fans over there. And the atmosphere is great over there, no matter the opponent or score. UFS are always open to suggestions but plenty have already been discussed/tested. The biggest challenge is getting people involved. The majority seem to need something negative to happen first (like a poor referee, away team/fans winding us up etc.). Hope that gives a bit more context on where we are at right now.

On TV? Like I say it was decent in patches but most of 1st half and def last 15 mins was Cov. My opinion/view from in the ground.

Changing topic slightly but on your point about mobile phones. This is the current generation and it's awful. Went to a gig last night and half of it I watched through phone screens. What happened to enjoying the moment and being there. Same at the football, by all means take a photo at some point but don't video everything.
-
The loud home atmosphere made it difficult for us first half but I thought it was OK. The second half performance in the stands was an embarrassment. 1-0 with 10 men, our own players repeatedly trying to get something going yet very little response. The players needed us that second half and the result may have been different

I would imagine it gets to 501+ band but I am best guessing based on recent trends. Might be optimistic of me to say it makes All STH. -

This plus a Saturday 15:00 makes it the potential for a quick seller but in the past some of these have surprisingly gone lower than most expected. Stoke sales should be a decent guideline. Larger allocation but more local.
